We just released an update to the Pro version adding some new features. You are now able to adjust the Whitebalance and the Color Temperature setting directly from your Android device. Furthermore, we have added the possibility to change the Auto Focus mode. This setting is currently experimental and may not work correctly on all cameras.

Please note that you have to upgrade to the newest server release. Version 1.1.0 of the server software is available on the Download page.

We are proud to announce the first release of Remote Your Cam Pro, an improved version of the previously available beta application. The beta app has received a new user interface, supports new camera models, got some bug fixes and has been renamed to Remote Your Cam Lite.

The Pro version has the same features as the Lite version including some new features such as Live View and setting the aperture priority and exposure compensation. To get a full view of the now available features in both versions please take a look at the Features page.

As of today our new website is up and running. We split the old one-site page into multiple pages for better navigation.

The Blog has been added to provide news and updates about our apps to you, our users.

The FAQ section has been added with the most-asked questions we received up to now via email. Please take a look at them or the Userguide before emailing us with your questions. Your questions may be already answered there.

A table showing the supported Canon camera models and their feature set has been added to the Features section. Not all camera models we currently support are capable of the full feature set due to hardware or protocol limitations. As we do not have all cameras available for testing please help us to fill this table. Do you have a camera that is not listed or where we are currently unsure if a specific feature is available (marked with a ? in the table) email us with the information what is working and what does not.

All in all we hope you like our new site. We do :) Let us know in the comments.
